Tonality had been discussing this issue before the recent news from the Supreme Court regarding Roe v. Wade, but since that time we felt it was necessary to express our take on the term “Pro-Life”. The care for human beings expands much further than the moment of birth, and our season sheds light on matters that we can work towards to ensure that our lives and the lives of our children are protected and strengthened throughout their entire lives. If we want to focus on life, we choose to focus on equitable issues that help to sustain care for all of our community, especially those who have been underrepresented and marginalized.
