I joined Tonality because I wanted to expand my musical community. I love to sing with others and I love the power that vocal music has to propel movements of social change. I really believe in the work that Tonality is doing.
Tonality is important because it provides a space for high level music making with likeminded people. Tonality is important because of the visibility it gives to diverse representation of singers, composers and musics. Tonality is important because of the intention we place behind our music making and the power we know it has to create change.
I am just so excited to sing with these people! It has been since before the pandemic that I have sung with others, and maybe for the first time in my life, at this level.
